2006 Bay Tobiano Mare
We didn't intend to let this filly go. She's a terrific broodmare prospect and that was exactly what we planned to do with her. But we ended up with a different two year old filly getting hurt and we really don't need to keep two.
She's got the looks, speed, and she's homozygous as a bonus! And of course we like her breeding. Her sire, My Indian Money is now a stakes placed sire from just four starters. Her dam is about everything you could want in a mare. Kind, beautiful, big, and very well bred. Raise a Runner was a World Champion. Her bottom side is strong producers from the female family of the great mare Barbara 2.
She'll mature at least 15.2 but probably won't get there until she's four years old. Since we'd planned to keep her, she has been handled a little less than usual but she's halter broke and fairly gentle. She's not a step on your toes pet just yet though. $2,500 until she goes to a trainer this fall or next spring.
