2016 Sorrel Tobiano APHA Registered Colt
This colt is fast, quick and good looking. He’s been one of those colts that just wants to please from the first minute we got a halter on him. He broke out just as nice and is a very agreeable colt for someone used to fast young horses.
We call this dam “Bubbles” after the great TB mare Champagne Woman (Raise Your Glass’ dam) in her pedigree. She’s a pretty mare that carries on her dam’s habit of producing a good one every year. And she’s just fun to watch. Raise Your Rocket’s foals all had beautiful, floating movement and Bubbles is an outstanding example. Watch her long trot and you would swear her front feet don’t touch the ground.
Indian Amber produced 1D barrel horses in OK and a National Champion Dressage horse is Austalia. We think the combination of her daughter and Perks is going to carry on that winning tradition.
If you like your barrel prospects smaller and quicker without giving up speed, here’s your colt! He’s 14.2 now and is a couple months short of 3 years old. He should grow two more years and get to be 15.0, maybe 15.1. He will absolutely be stout.
He has about 20 rides and is ready to go on with!
