2017 Registered Brown Quarter Horse Filly – Dash For Perks, Firewaterontherocks and Possumjet
This filly was just fancy, fancy from the minute she was born! Straight-legged, fancy moving and built to be a barrel horse! Add to that a pedigree with Dash For Perks, Charmin Cherokee, Firewaterontherocks, and Possumjet and you have a great barrel prospect.
She’s got a pretty head, nice long neck, beautiful sloping shoulder and powerful hind end. All of that makes her a very nice moving filly. In addition, her sire, her dam, and her 2nd dam are all very easy horses to get along with – what a bonus on a high level performance prospect. This filly is no exception – she’s just as sweet as our other Perks foals.
One Slick Possum was a truly exceptional mare and we are so fortunate she left behind a few fillies.
Firewaterontherocks is proving to be a prepotent sire. A $275K earner himself, his foals have earned over $1,000,000 already and the oldest ones are only 8 year olds in 2017.
