2019 APHA Registered Bay Tobiano Gelding
This Paint gelding is going to be a powerhouse. Every year this cross works so well. Perks colts are all friendly and athletic and fast. Windy adds size and color. This Paint gelding is the whole package plus he’s just fun!
Not often does the word “powerhouse” pop into your head looking at a newborn – but that was definitely the first impression this colt made! He’s got bone, size, muscle and correct structure. He has really grown into that day one promise.
His dam is a remarkable mare – smart and gutsy. Windy gets her brains and personality from her sire – Big Country was a truly extraordinary horse! He sired successful barrel horses, but above all his daughters are remarkable broodmares – big, strong, smart mares with a lot of maternal instinct. Windy stands over 16 hands. We’d guess this colt will be around 15.2 when he’s grown. We are sure he’ll be a tremendous performance prospect!
This Paint gelding is halter broke and ready to go somewhere he can learn new things. He’s big and stout, gentle but full of personality. He loves people. He does need his feet trimmed regularly by a decent farrier.
