2024 Bay Solid APHA Filly – Granddaughter of Seattle Slew!
This cross has worked so well in the past that we had to try it one more time! This is the last foal sired by Golden Slew and we are so glad she’s a filly! His daughters are tremendous producers. It’s fine with us if she stays here. If you want a granddaughter of Seattle Slew, this good looking, smooth moving filly will be one of the very youngest.

When this long-legged filly made her first appearance, at a high lope of course, I was just stunned at how she floated over the ground – and the sage brush. Standing, her legs went every direction as you’d expect from an hours-old foal. But in motion, she was already showing the class you’d know her pedigree will give her.
As she has developed, she’s showing all the traits we hoped for with this cross. She’s not just pretty, but has size and substance to make a versitile performance horse and a great producer.
She’s be tall. Her sire is 16.3 and her dam is a little under 15.3. Both are heavy muscled, deep bodied, correct horses and she will be the same. Look at her shoulder and her hip. When was the last time you saw a Paint-bred filly with this much potential?
Her dam has been such a good producer for us. Her 2017 son by Perks is a solid 1D horse with thousands in earnings, including futurities and the Wisconson state NBHA finals. Her 3 year old filly is staying here as a broodmare.
